A neutral color palette with vibrant accents, glass partitions for transparency, biophilic elements, and smart lighting enhances the dynamic and welcoming atmosphere.
Designed for productivity and informal interaction, the space serves as a hub for youth-driven initiatives, innovation, and community engagement.
LEVEL-1
Level -1 is designed as a dynamic space for creativity, leisure, and informal collaboration.
Open coworking zones with modular furniture encourage flexibility, while interactive creative spaces provide areas for workshops,brainstorming, and artistic expression.
The educational rooms are equipped for seminars and training, integrating
modern multimedia technology and adaptable seating arrangements.
Relaxation areas, enriched with greenery and soft seating, create a welcoming environment for informal discussions and downtime. A dedicated recording studio, featuring soundproofing, professional audio equipment, and a modern workspace, supports podcasts, music production, and digital content creation.
The design blends vibrant accent colors, warm lighting, and tactile materials, fostering an engaging and inspiring atmosphere for youth-driven initiatives.
LEVEL 0
Level 0 is designed as a modern, functional workspace, balancing openness, efficiency, and comfort.
The reception area features a sleek, minimalist design with comfortable seating and clear wayfinding elements. The conference hall is equipped with acoustic panels, modular furniture, and integrated lighting, allowing for flexible use. Office spaces prioritize ergonomics and organization, incorporating functional workstations, built-in storage, and biophilic design elements to enhance productivity.
A compact yet stylish kitchen and lounge offer a welcoming retreat, featuring modern cabinetry, communal seating, and warm accent lighting.
Throughout the space, a neutral color palette of white, gray, and natural wood tones, combined with glass partitions and textured finishes, creates a sophisticated, transparent, and contemporary atmosphere suited for administrative and collaborative work.
